Spa24’s philosophy is simple — to combine essential spa, wellness and beauty treatments for time-starved individuals with multiple Spas around South Africa. We are also trying to create employments for young ladies around South Africa.

What are your opening hours?
All Spa24 spas are open every day Monday to Sunday. In fact, our Gauteng locations operate daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This extended schedule makes it easy to fit a massage into even the busiest routine, whether you need a lunchtime break or an evening unwind. Who are the therapists at Spa24? Are they qualified?
All our therapists are highly experienced, fully licensed and insured professionals. We recruit top massage therapists from around South Africa to ensure expert care for our clients. Each therapist has completed rigorous training in massage techniques and follows strict draping protocols to respect your comfort and privacy. You can be confident that every therapist at Spa24 is committed to providing a safe, premium massage experience in line with the highest industry standards.
Can I request a specific therapist or their gender?
While we understand customer preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or therapist gender when you book. All our therapists (male and female) are thoroughly trained to handle any session and will ensure you are fully covered (draped) at all times. When you book, you’re welcome to note any preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Either way, you’ll receive professional, attentive care from our expert team. by the way we have the best option that you choose a therapist by yourself and book your session directly with her.
I am pregnant or have a medical condition – can I still have a massage?
Absolutely. Please inform us when booking if you have any special conditions (for example, pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.). This helps us tailor the massage to your needs. For pregnant clients, we offer a safe, comfortable prenatal massage and have therapists experienced in handling it. On arrival, you will complete a simple consultation form so the therapist is fully aware of your situation. Your health and safety are our priorities, and we will adjust your treatment to ensure you benefit comfortably from your massage.
What should I wear or do to prepare for my massage?
Comfortable clothing: Wear loose, easy-to-change clothes. In the treatment room, you will undress to your comfort level and be properly draped with towels during the massage. We provide fresh towels and flip-flops for your use, so you don’t need to bring anything extra.
Arrive early: Plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to complete any necessary forms and to start your session relaxed and on time.
Silence your phone: To maintain a peaceful spa environment, please turn off or silence your mobile phone when you arrive. We want you (and fellow guests) to enjoy complete tranquility while you unwind.
No special preparation or gear is needed – just bring yourself and an open mind, and our therapists will take care of the rest.
What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?
To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can credit your account for a future visit. This notice period allows other clients to book your slot. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, but we will happily rebook you if you inform us in time. If you arrive late, we will still do our best to accommodate you. However, late arrivals may need to have a shorter session so as not to delay other clients. (Please note that shortened treatments are still charged at full price).
What safety and hygiene measures do you follow?
Your safety and comfort are paramount at Spa24. We adhere to strict cleanliness standards: all treatment rooms are regularly sanitized, and we provide fresh towels and slippers for each client. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, Spa24 gift vouchers are available and make excellent presents. You can purchase vouchers online through our website or in person at any spa front desk. Vouchers can be redeemed for any of our massage treatments. Please note that gift vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. We suggest noting the expiry date, but many customers love giving these vouchers as the gift of wellness and relaxation.
Is there an age requirement for massages?
We welcome clients of all ages. There is no strict age limit, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit. In practice, our therapists can provide gentle, age-appropriate massages for children as needed.
